A) ITEM: MULTIFUNCTIONAL MOBILE KITCHEN UNIT
Mobile kitchen unit.
1) Cabin Unit:
2.1 Outer cladding 1.5mm thick trapezoid aluminium, inner cladding 10mm thick melamine coated panel. Between two panel 40mm insulation material.
2.2 Ceiling mounted concealed 600 lt capacity aluminium water tank. Tank can be easily removed for cleaning and repair.
2.3 One aluminium cladded entrance door at one side, with access stair. The stair can be removed during transport and fixed under the carriage.
2.4 Two each aluminium windows, one at same side of the entrance door and the other on the opposite side. Windows are opened inside and fitted with mosquito net.
2.5 Long side of cabin fitted with service platform with aluminium flooring and adjustable support legs, hinged to the cabin. It can be closed during transport. Service platform has access stairs that can be removed during transport.
2.6 Three each aluminium service windows, opened outside.
2.7 Fitted under each window removable stainless steel service tray.
2.8 Two each ceiling mounted ventilation outlets.
2.9 One each steel ladder mounted on back side of cabin for access to roof.
2.10 Back side fitted with frame to carry two each industrial type LPG gas bottles. Side of the frame covered with wire mesh. Two each LPG gas bottles included.
2.11 Shackle lift to move LPG bottles included for easy operation.
3. Interior of Cabin:
3.1 3 each cooking range, with oven underneath. One each industrial type refrigerator and deep freezer. One each meat mincing machine. One electric water heater 20 to 30lt capacity. One each meat block and one cutting board.
3.2 One each Chrome-Nickel twin-sink for dish washing, with hot/cold water supply.
3.3 One Chrome-Nickel board for food preparation beside the kitchen sink and beneath industrial type refrigerator.
3.4 Industrial type cooking range with 3 burners, which can accommodate 2 steel pots and one flat pan.
3.5 Under the cooking range, one each oven with two baking trays.
3.6 Gas supply pipes from LPG gas bottles to cooking range made from copper with valve at end of cooking range. Two stage LPG inlet regulator valve.
3.7 Chrome-Nickel hood mounted above the cooking range, with electric motor.
3.8 Two each electric aspirator with cover, mounted at end of opposite walls.
3.9 One each Chrome-Nickel food preparation board mounted at front cabin, with shelves below with 30 lt capacity tea and coffee maker.
3.10 Beneath 300 lt deep freezer.
3.11 Above food preparation board, one each meat mincer, capacity 500kg/hr, 220-380V with steel bucket.
3.12 One each industrial type 175 lt refrigerator.
3.13 Floor cover antistatic.
3.14 Hot and cold water installation included.
3.15 Water supply to the water tank can be made by connecting outside source of supply. Also fitted one pressure pump to pump the water to the tank. Inlet mounted with industrial filter.
3.16 Inlet pipe to water tank mounted with non-return valve. Water discharge outlet with valve.
3.17 All water installation in accordance to Turkish Standards Institute.
3.18 Electrical fuse box will be located over the door.
3.19 2 each ceiling mounted fluorescent lighting armature.
3.20 All electric installations will be made in accordance to the TSE Norms.
3.21 Outside the cabin necessary waterproof fittings to ensure connection to outside power source or connection to any generator.
3.22 Externally mounted at least two each light fittings at serving platform area.
3.23 Electrical extension cable 75 meters ( 3x2.5mm2) to connect to nearest power source.
3.24 Following items included:
